The transatlantic influence of American brewing with big, bold hops in an easy drinking, sessionable package
Forest, foothills, hike or fly. Peaceful days on sunny trails, crazy nights under city lights. Dig for treasure under the moon, search the horizon by hot air balloon. Hemisphere offers vibrant tropical flavours, a gentle bitterness and a clean, hoppy finish. We use Mosaic, Simcoe, Cascade & Centennial to deliver a powerful hit of exciting hop character.

Super juicy Citrus Session IPA
Beach bar, hammock, surf or bike. Roll your trousers to your knees, embrace the sun that breaks the trees. Walk in the rain in a grey raincoat, sit on the sand and watch boats float. Easy Peeler offers prominent tangerine and citrus flavours, low bitterness and a refreshing finish. Plenty of experience has taught us that adventures are thirsty work, so we created this super juicy, tangerine and citrus Session IPA. Easy drinking and full of flavour, it’s the perfect reward at the day’s end.

FOURPURE Shapeshifter
Inspired by those hard to get places, up off the beaten track
Island, inland, canoe or swim. Busy days in city haze, crystal clear water in a tree-lined bay. Stand in the snow and watch snowflakes, row deep lakes to catch great snakes. Hop-forward mango and grapefruit deliver intense, tropical flavours. The West Coast of the US offers plenty of sunshine and good vibes, but if you stray from the coast up into the mountains, it’s pretty easy to find yourself your own piece of wild. The lakes are deep, the forest is silent and it’s a long way to hike back out. Chuck a couple of these in your pack and you should be well prepared.

FOURPURE Deucebox
Inspired by long sunny afternoon strolling through the orange orchards of Valencia
The oranges for Deucebox, our 8.3% citrus double IPA, are harvested by blasting California Dreaming through very large speakers at such a high intensity, the fruit just falls from the trees and juices itself. This is then added to our Citrus IPA recipe with twice the hops, twice the malt and twice the juice to serve up a punchy, tropical, glass of joy, every time

FOURPURE Black Forest
Like a cracking fire, it will embrace you in its Stout warmth
One and a half tonnes of fresh cherry puree defines this surprisingly full Stout. At 6.5% this has the body and decadence of something much bigger, it smells of darkly roasted things like chocolate and barley and coffee, the cherry offers a tart sweetness that beautifully balances the chocolate character. Like a crackling fire, it will embrace you in its Stout warmth to stave off those winter blues

FOURPURE Coastline
An everyday sour
Warm sun, a cool breeze and a comfortable chair with an ocean view… are not prerequisites for enjoying Coastline, but they help. Gooseberry, lactose and fresh vanilla pods create a beer that is lightly sour with sweet notes from the vanilla, fruity tartness from the gooseberry, and hoppy notes from plentiful amounts of Citra hop.

A beautifully balanced sour beer
Much like its namesake the Hummingbird, this beer has a lot going on… Built on a solid base of four different malts it offers a smooth, well-rounded body. Kettle soured with the generous addition of fresh raspberry puree, then recirculated through a meadows worth of hibiscus flowers, the end result is a beautifully balanced sour beer with just enough sweetness and body to counteract the acidity & tartness. Not only delicious, pour it in your glass and marvel at the beautiful berry pink hue.

Take you where no man has gone before
Some of the greatest adventures start in the most unexpected ways. Take Helen Sharman for example; she became the first Brit in space thanks to answering an advert that simply stated, ‘Astronaut wanted. No experience necessary.’ This collaboration with Mothership aims to celebrate pioneering women like Helen and blast you to the furthest reaches of flavour. Liberally hopped with Enigma and El Dorado, this Double IPA showcases all that is good about dank and juicy IPAs and promises to boldly take you where no man has gone before.

FOURPURE x HEART OF DARKNESS Typhoon
In collaboration with Heart of Darkness in Saigon
Heart of Darkness hails from Saigon, Vietnam, and their origin story parallels that of Fourpure; inspired by travel, adventure and the search for quality beer with flavour and meaning.
This similar background, and a shared love of modern styles and bold tropical hop flavours, has led to Typhoon. It is heavily hopped with Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Loral, including three dry hop additions. Flaked wheat is then added for a substantial mouthfeel and light natural haze. This is a juicy hop-forward beer full of passionfruit, mango, orange and peach.

FOURPURE x JAMESON Nightcap
In collaboration with JAMESON, Irish Whiskey
Having worked with Jameson pairing beer and whiskey over the years, an opportunity to team up on their Caskmates project led us to explore what else we could create in a crossover collaboration. It was the much-needed coffee the morning after a night out in Cork that sparked inspiration for Night Cap. Six different malts create a luxurious mouthfeel with smooth vanilla, heavy roast flavours of rich coffee and cocoa, and creamy finish. Fresh coffee beans and a prolonged ageing period in Jameson barrels provide a rounded oak finish and whiskey alcohol warmth.
